Woodland Viaduct

Project Description:

Lynn Drobbin & Associates coordinated with the Westchester County Public Works Department, Westchester County Planning, and the Westchester County Parks and Recreation Department to rehabilitate the Woodland Viaduct, an historically significant concrete arch bridge on the National Register listed Bronx River Parkway Reservation.  The bridge carries the Bronx River Parkway over the Metro-North Harlem Line.

Lynn Drobbin & Associates prepared an Effects Assessment report and secured a No Adverse Effect finding from the New York State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) based on the reconstruction of the balustrade and rehabilitation of the character-defining features of the bridge.
