Project Description:

Lynn Drobbin & Associates prepared an alternatives analysis for the demolition of the shelter house, third track realignment, the construction of eastbound and a center high level platform, and also for the demolition of the Martin Luther King Boulevard Railroad Bridge.

Advised on compatible new design and mitigation measures for the construction of high level platforms, ramps, new canopies, new shelter house and elevators.  Preparation of a Section 4f and Historic American Building Survey (HABS) and Historic American Engineering Record (HAER) documentation of Newark Broad Street Station and the Newark Grade Crossing Elimination District.
